SWISS LAND REAL ESTATE reached out to us with the goal of designing a comprehensive website to showcase properties and apartments available for sale and rent, along with other services they offer to a wide range of clients in a professional manner. The objective was to create a digital platform that allows customers to easily browse properties, view their details, and see photos.

Client Requirements

SWISS LAND requested a website that displays properties in an organized and attractive manner, with a simple and user-friendly interface. There was also a need to integrate the site with a property database that allows continuous updates to listings, along with an advanced search feature to enable clients to quickly find the right property.

ORPEX Intervention

The main goal was to create a company website that showcases services catering to a wide segment of society and displays apartments and properties for sale and rent in a modern and attractive manner. This would make the search process easy and effective for customers

The challenges lay in providing a smooth and fast user experience despite the large amount of property data. We addressed these challenges by using image compression techniques and optimizing site performance, in addition to developing a flexible database that allows for easy and quick updates to property listings.
